Proven Action Takers Make Better Customers
Get the best results, they tell us, get the customers who are hot and ready to buy. We hear this mantra said over and over again, but how exactly are we supposed to achieve this sort of goal without real insight into what we would need to do in order to get it to happen. The fact is, it can be very tough to actually get this to happen unless we are quite smart about things because anyone can say oh, yes, I am going to raise my sales fast! But yet, how many can actually act on this in a meaningful way? One of the basest aspects of sales is making sure not to waste time on those customers who are more into looking at ads or chit chatting than they are making a real purchase. We need the people who will be able to give us serious results in a short amount of time and we cannot afford to waste our time and energy with those who are just going to drain our resources without buying. Learning to say no to certain segments of the market is key here. Just because you can advertise to a certain group of people does not mean that it is actually a good idea to go and do that.
One of the most important things we can learn is that customer psychology really is everything so we want to approach those who are in the right mind set from the get go. This means sweepstakes leads and others who are hot and heavy to get the ball rolling in terms of making the buy.
